Customer service has always been the first priority for any type of business so this article definitely is a new concept which looks at customer service from a different perspective. Still, whatever it may be we cannot deny the fact that customers comes first.

I agree that too many people claim they are all about service but fail to deliver. In most cases it would be better that some companies don’t even mention the work customer service. These are great points that you made.
